Before work can be measured through its outcomes, it takes shape. But that shape is never entirely decided in advance. It changes along the way through the people we work with, the conditions we work under, and the things we give up or decide to hold on to.
The Shape of Work stays with that process for a little longer. Over several weeks, three labs led by Iulia Toma, Ana Labudović and Mihai Mihalcea create situations in which work can be observed before it hardens into a result. ECO-TRIBES, Regenerative Press and What moves (between) us emerge from very different practices, yet they meet around a shared concern: how work places us in relation to others, and what it asks of us while it is still a work in progress.
