🙌 A series of very informal gatherings for adults — somewhere between a hands-on session, a shared table and an excuse to try things out together.
Every two weeks, we’ll meet at Bastion around a different visual exercise or experiment. The themes are open, the process is loose, and there’s no need for previous artistic experience.
We don’t think of these as workshops in the classic sense. For a while now, we’ve wanted to make room in our programme for more relaxed moments: to sit around the same table, work with our hands, follow an idea without knowing exactly where it will lead, and not worry about making something perfect. It’s also a way of making space for things that don’t need a big production to exist, and honestly, a way to spend time together, make new friends and have some fun.
The workshops at Indecis have always been some of our favourite moments. Most of them were free, open to everyone, and almost every time, someone asked us when we were doing it again.
With Indecis Studio, we’re introducing a participation fee. It’s a small but necessary step that helps us cover materials, preparation, our time, and the everyday costs of keeping the space going. We’re trying to find a way for Indecis to stay open and alive without depending only on invisible work and resources that are no longer there.
🍬 The fee includes all working materials, a themed mocktail, some snacks, and a small contribution to making more of these gatherings possible at Indecis.
