Sunday, September 7, 11:00 AM, Bastion 3, Hector 1, Timișoara
We’re already on to the third Artist Stalk at Indecis – a sign that these laid-back conversations, which bring us closer to artists beyond their work, have found their rhythm and are becoming a habit we truly enjoy.
We continue the buzzing early-September weekend, right after the opening of Household Objects, with another chance to discover the invited artists from a personal and unexpected perspective.
On Sunday, September 7, at 11:00, we sit down with Mimi Ciora, Loredana Ilie, Adina Oros, and Lea Rasovszky to hear what’s on their minds right now: maybe a book on their desk, a song on repeat, a gesture caught randomly on the street, or a thought that won’t let go. All those things that don’t show up in the exhibition, but which, indirectly, make it possible.
✨ Mimi Ciora (1985, Oradea) explores the fragile bonds between the human and the more-than-human world, reflecting on interventions in nature and the subtle ties that connect us.
✨ Loredana Ilie (1999, Arad) turns hand-made textiles into stories of everyday life.
✨ Adina Oros (1998, Beclean) focuses on how community voices—even those at the margins—can become part of a shared narrative.
✨ Lea Rasovszky (1986, Bucharest) uses humor and sharp critique to explore the line between mainstream and underground. Her satirical, sometimes playfully grotesque characters expose stereotypes and cultural tensions.
An Artist Stalk is a talk about everything except the artist’s own practice. It offers a different lens on the world around us and brings us closer to the person behind the role of “artist.”
Free entry. See you there?
